2. Reservation Service Information

  • Service Offered: Restaurant reservation service (Details for each reservation plan will be provided on the reservation screen.)
  • Pricing: Prices for each reservation plan are set individually and will be displayed during the reservation process.
  • Additional Charges:
    • Any additional fees (e.g., service fees) will be clearly indicated during the reservation process.
    • Please note that travel expenses, etc. are not included.

3. Payment Method and Timing

  • Payment Methods:
    • Credit card payment (online via Stripe for applicable cancellations)
    • Cash payment at the restaurant (for applicable plans)
  • Payment Timing:
    • For reservations where a cancellation fee applies, payment will be charged via Stripe at the time the cancellation is confirmed.
    • For cash payments, the fee will be collected at the restaurant upon arrival.

4. Service Provision Timing

  • Service Delivery: The service (e.g., dining experience) will be provided at the store on the reserved date and time. Please recheck the details such as the date, time, and number of guests after confirmation.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations and changes are subject to the policies outlined below and those set for each reservation plan.
  • Standard Cancellation Fees:
    • Same day: 100% of the reservation fee
    • 3 days before: 50%
  • For reservations of 7 or more guests:
    • Same day: 100%
    • From 1 week before: 50%
  • Cancellations or changes in the number of guests made after 4:00 PM on the day before the reservation or on the same day will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Exceptions: No cancellation fee will apply if you are unable to visit due to natural disasters or public transportation issues on the day of the reservation.
  • Please note that as we operate in a traditional Japanese house, we may also close during extreme weather conditions such as typhoons.
  • If you cannot reach us by phone, please email gentouansp@gmail.com. The cancellation will be deemed confirmed only after you receive a reply from us.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.
